15th annual Buckles and Barrels for Bailey 5D barrel race at the South Point Equestrian Center in Las Vegas Nevada August 28th-31st. $25,000 added per day, Burns Saddles to all average winners, daily prizes, Pink buckle/Ruby buckle/Young Guns sidepot, high stakes race, senior and youth incentives, men's race, Salty senior horse sidepot, mares vs. geldings sidepot, trailer raffle, silent auction, calcutta and tons of vendors!
Tentative schedule:
Entries open at 12pm pacific time on July 12th! Limited to 700 entries.
Thursday Move in from 6am-8pm. 7am-5pm exhibition runs, open arena 5pm-6pm
Friday 8am-High Stakes Race (times carry to the open) Open race 1 (Pink/Ruby buckle/Young Guns sidepot)
Saturday 8am-Open race 2, 4pm Men's race in Priefert arena (mens race awards to follow) Calcutta at 630pm in the arena bar, youth and senior incentive races (carry over only
Sunday 7am-Open race 3, Cowboy Church at 8am, average awards 45 minutes after the close of open race 3
Monday-Everyone must be moved out of the barn by 9am!
Payment plan available. Final payment must by made by 08/08/25 or you will forfeit your place in the race.
Open entry fee is $150 per day ($25,000 added per day)
Stalls are $195 (includes 4 bags of shavings and mats, available from 6am Thursday until 9am Monday). One stall is added automatically with an open entry. Tack stalls are $155 and come with 4 bags of shavings.

You do not need to be present to win but the winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the trailer. We will draw the trailer winner after the presentation of the Men's race awards in the Trails West/Hitchin Post vendor space. We are only selling 600 tickets and they are $50 each. You can purchase them at www.bb4bstalls.com and click on the "extras" tab or you can purchase them at the event. They usually sell out about 3pm on Saturday.

In 2017, we applied for our own 501c.3 and have been approved. We have been able to help 12 other families with financial assistance while their children are hospitalized or in need of surgery.
It is our mission to continue to help other families with medical and travel expenses. We would also like to assist with medical equipment such as wheelchairs and gait trainers along with everyday expenses such as meals and utility bills. We will be visiting a local NICU in October of 2019 to write 35, $1000 checks to families with children that are struggling.
